How do I place an order?

ONLINE:
All online purchases are processed using Paypal. To shop, simply add items to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. When you have completed your order, follow the instructions to pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You do NOT need an account with Paypal to use Paypal. Simply check out as a guest. Paypal is a secure server, so you can feel safe shopping at Aardvark Art Bazaar.

MAIL:
We accept money orders and checks. Please indicate artist name & piece. To assure availability of an item, it is best to phone in or e-mail your request. If paying by check, please allow 5 business days for checks to clear.

What happens after I order?

When we receive your order, we make sure that the item is available. Although we do our best to keep the website up-to-date, all items are subject to availability. Typically, work is shipped within five days of the placement of your order. However if a piece is part of a show or exhibit, it may take up to a few weeks to be shipped. If you have an item that you would like to receive by a certain date, get in touch with us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING:
The price of each item sold on-line has shipping, handling, and insurance charges included.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please contact us via e-mail to arrange international shipping. It is an additional $10.00 to ship an item internationally.

TAX:
7.0% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania.

RETURNS:
You may return anything within 30 days for a full refund of the price of the art. The art must be in the original condition and you must pay shipping charges.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We do not distribute, sell, rent, trade, or divulge any information that you provide us with. All address and credit card details are kept strictly confidential.
